Clients

Our principals bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the recruiting business, with an exceptional understanding of our specialized roles. We are completely focused on the unique needs of each client, and our success results from the mutually beneficial relationships we’ve built through a process of extensive research and selection. We understand the labor-intensive process of identifying the performance you seek in your next hire, and collaborate with you to identify and recruit the candidates that will add value and build productivity muscle within your organization.

Each assignment begins with an intensive interview with the client company to gain a deep knowledge of its purpose, people, products, services, short- and long-term goals, management philosophy, and competition. We also take the time to learn about the formal qualifications and experience you’d like to see in a potential employee, and the role the employee will serve within the organizational structure of your company. We believe that a thorough understanding of your company’s culture and specific needs is crucial when it comes to recruiting a new employee.

We use the results of our extensive research to build a position profile for your candidate search, which is used both to conduct targeted research and to reach out to targeted candidates from our extensive database and industry network. Our principals then conduct in-depth interviews with each candidate, and carefully analyze the results. We present the candidates who will best fit the position profile. Once the candidate has been identified, we will work closely with you to coordinate the logistics of interview, feedback, evaluation, and offer negotiation.

We manage the growth of our business to offer a premium level of service to our clients.

We are dedicated to working with companies and candidates to find the right match of talent, experience, education, and compensation. We strive to deliver first class service to our clients and to our candidates.
